Black Rock kitchen bakes in-store on Thursdays and Fridays (unless otherwise notified on social media).
​
Gaye creates an assortment of approx. 30 different hand-made Artisan breads, including sourdoughs, buns, tarts, and snack items on her bake-days and customers will enjoy the smells, sights and unique flavours when the shop opens at 10am.
​
High protein wheat grown in the Orroroo area, prized for its superior qualities, is the basis for most of the breads.
​
Black Rock Kitchen is so named to replicate a friendly and personalised experience where people will feel welcomed as if arriving at Gaye’s own home kitchen on the family property near Black Rock.
