Black Rock kitchen bakes in-store on Thursdays and Fridays.
Gaye's unique micro-bakery offers an assortment her different hand-made Artisan breads, including sourdoughs, table & flavoured breads, rolls, buns, pastries, and snack items. High protein wheat grown in the Orroroo area, prized for its superior gluten qualities, is the basis for all the breads.
Now offering 2 different ways to purchase!
THURSDAYS: Customers will enjoy the smells, sights and unique flavours when the shop opens. Arriving when first open will give the best selection, as sell-outs do happen!
FRIDAYS: There will still be fresh goods available but only through the Black Rock Kitchen online shop.

Interactive workshops are held in-store with popular topics such as Sourdough, Pastry Hacks, Focaccia, Teen & Kids Bake Club on rotation, usually on weekends. Dates are advertised on Social Media, Orroroo Town notice board and shop window, or just email for the current dates and topic info. Small groups capped at 12 people.
Black Rock Kitchen is so named to replicate a friendly and personalised experience where people will feel welcomed as if arriving at Gaye’s own home kitchen at the family farming property near Black Rock.
